Avant Garde Luxury Bed and Breakfast is located on the shore of Lake Wakatipu in Kelvin Heights, which is on the sunny side of Queenstown.

Your hosts Libby and Ricky Bennett will ensure your stay is one to remember.

Built on the shore of Lake Wakatipu, our new, architecturally designed home was completed in May 2011. It has been designed specifically to accommodate a Bed and Breakfast / Homestay. We have two rooms available for Bed and Breakfast. Both rooms are within our home but the Skyline Room has a private external access and ensuite facility whereas the Lakeview Room is accessible via stairs and has separate toilet, shower and bathroom.

We are a seven minute drive to the airport and 15 minute drive to the centre of Queenstown.

We provide a drop off / pick up service to the airport.

We offer a personalised limousine service to the must see areas of the South Island, e.g. Queenstown and surrounding attractions, Milford Sound and the Fiordland National Park, Aorangi Mount Cook to name a few.

We are keen golfers and are both members of the picturesque Queenstown Golf Club and Millbrook country club which is situated close to our home.

The many kilometres of the Wakatipu Cycle Trail run past our home on the shore of Lake Wakatipu.

Four popular ski fields are within an hour’s drive from our home with the Remarkable and Coronet ski fields a mere 30 minute drive.
